OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Brown spotting on day 11-12. Of the periods are likely due to ovulation bleeding.
It can also be due to some local lesions in the cervix and vagina.
I suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated, if the spotting is recurrent or not stopped.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
