What Causes Irregular Menstruation Postpartum?

Hi! I m irregular since i was kid. But it s strange that last month i had only my menstrual period for 2 days and it s very small amount if blood. And this month only the same situation as last month. What do i need to do to have normal hormones balance? Thank you.

Hi,

The irregular and short period is a sign of hormone disbalance. I think you can benefit if you take oral contraceptives. Also you may need to do an ultrasound and to measure hormone levels. If you are around 50 this may be a sign of menopause.
