What Causes Irregular Menstruation Post Mirena IUD Surgery?
I had the iud minera taken out in August. I had one full period. Then afterwards just light spotting with no cramps. But in November I had cramps but no period and just spotting for a day or two. Then next just been going back and forth to the bathroom. Doing a number 1 or 2.

Slight menstrual irregularities can happen with Mirena.
Nothing much to worry as most of them settle by themselves.
