Hello,
Your symptoms are suggestive of an early pregnancy. As you have tested negative on urine tests, please go for an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres to confirm/exclude pregnancy. A trans-vaginal sonogram following a complete clinical evaluation by an expert is essential. If pregnancy is negative in all these tests, please test for urine infections through urinalysis. Infections in general and specifically of the pelvis can cause irregular periods and the associated hormone imbalances can cause breast tenderness etc. Hope this helps.
