What Causes Irregular Menstruation After Marriage?

I am 29 years and Iam unmarried but my mensuration is irregular so i have consulted with Lady Gynaecologist regarding this matter. After all the testes along with Harmone test,all testes are negative. So doctor has prescribed with Gestofit 200 tablets.Is this good for regular mensuration. Please advice.
