What Causes Irregular Menstrual Cycle Despite Taking Femilon?

Hi doctor. I had an irregular periods. It was ten days earlier before 6 months. From then I was advised to take femilon to regularize my periods and I have been taking it since January till now. These previous months my period was regular.. But this month, I have still not got my period. It is delayed by six months. I am very much worried. I want to know the reason for my delayed periods. Meanwhile I would like to mention that I am married for two years.. No baby and am abstinence from relationship. Please help

For irregular periods you need to get evaluation done if it is due hormonal imbalance or PCOS or other abnormal physiology. So, It's recommended for you to consult a gynecologist personally for proper evaluation and further treatment.
