What Causes Irregular Menses And Spotting?

Hi
My LMP is 13th jan. my cycle is 28 days. But after 19days on 31jan got menses. and bleeding was for few hours. On Feb 1st, yesterday i consulted gynecologist and she gave me prostodin injection to start the bleeding again. Yesterday evening identified beelding for a few minutes and till now i m not having bleeding.
What should i do? are any chances to start menses in middle of the month?

Hi. I could not understand the use of Inj. Prostodin. It is a prostaglandin and this bleeding will be temporary only. It causes contraction of uterus.You should get one ultrasound done to see any cause of irregularity and then start combined oral contraceptive pills or progesterone pills in 2nd half of your cycle for cycle regulation, acc. to your report.
