I just had a big scare and right after my heart was beating our of my chest and was irregular. Also I had a strange taste in my mouth also I was walking funny because I had a stiff feeling just above my knee. Also stiff neck and blurred vission also I felt foggy minded and still do

Hello dear. So sudden parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system activation due to scare can lead to such types of changes in the body. There is nothing to worry as it is a normal phenomenon.
