Hello,

You are experiencing irregular heart beats and sharp chest pain. You had chest X-ray, ECG, Echo and mammogram done and they show normal reports. Your symptoms are indicative of GERD, acid reflux, gastritis, IBS, ulcer (peptic or esophageal), etc. You are suggested to take antacids and PPIs, once daily for 10 days for relief. Take boiled food for a couple of days. Take home made nutritious balanced fiber rich food.

You should avoid taking spicy, oily junk food. Avoid trans fat, full fat dairy products, food that is hard to digest, cheese, white flour, etc. Get Lipid function test done. If the tests do not show normal result, you will be treated accordingly. If obese, maintain healthy weight & do regular walking, exercises, switch to healthy lifestyle.

Take well cooked whole cereals, fresh fruits, veggies, etc. Take food that is easily digestible. Take small amount of food multiple times a day. Stay away from stressful lifestyle (physical and emotional). Avoid addictions if any. Take quality sleep at bed time. Gastritis and constipation triggers chest pain, avoid constipation. Take laxatives if needed. Stay well hydrated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
