Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. I can understand your concern. The symptoms you have mentioned like hyperactive behaviour, making noise, doesn't seem to listening, poor concentration, moving here and there, looking for new things etc occurs most likely in Attention Deficit Disorders. He is just about 3 years old so its difficult to make proper diagnosis of ADD at this age but his symptoms suggest more towards ADD. I would advise you to take him to a child psychiatrist for proper evaluation and help. In ADD medicines like attenterol, amphetamines are used but these drugs are not approved for use in very young children. Sizodon is Risperidon and the drug is some times used in ADD for control of abnormal behaviour. At 0.5 mg doses the drug is safe to used and can be given to him without any fear. Sedation, weight gain are common side effects seen at this dose. Please consult his doctor if symptoms persist.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
