Hello,

You have altered bowel movements probably infection, food allergy, malabsorption, irritable bowel syndrome, et cetera. Get stool examined for fats and microscopy.

Avoid the food which ever causes you bloating. Take tablet Simethicone twice a day for five days. You may need colonoscopy also.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your gastroenterologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
