What Causes Involuntary Movement In Arms After Head Injury?

i have my brother he had an acident since december 2009. head injury they prescribed Syndopa 110, seranace 0.5mg, pacitane , rivotril. since he has involentry movement with both arms.he does not walk,but he can move both legs and arms very well. please advice
