What Causes Involuntary Facial Expressions?

my son is 6 he has ADHD and is taking concerta for it besides that he is a healthy happy 6 year old. but for the past week i have noticed hes been making unvolentary facial expressions (frowning like 3 or 4 times in a row not even noticing) if you know what this could be please let me know
