What Causes Involuntary Facial Expressions?

my son is 6 he has ADHD and is taking concerta for it besides that he is a healthy happy 6 year old. but for the past week i have noticed hes been making unvolentary facial expressions (frowning like 3 or 4 times in a row not even noticing) if you know what this could be please let me know

Such things do happen occasionally in autism and may be part of stereotypical movements. It will respond to treatment. Kindly discuss with his doctor.
