What Causes Involuntary Body Movement In A Disabled Child?

I have a disabled son who lost everything at the the age of 9 to ALD he does not walk or talk the father took him to idaho I get to Skype with him every Sunday but he rocks back and forth in his wheelchair when he hears me the garth is trying to tell the court that it s a sign that my son does not want to skpye with me is that true when he does that and there time when he laugh and smiles when I am on my question is it normal for him to rock back and forth in his wheelchair
