What Causes Intolerance To Cold?

When I'm in a room with A/C on and the air is blowing across my shoulders, I get a cold feeling across my shoulders that is very uncomftable and the only way to releave this feelilng is to warm my body up . I'm even outside in 90 degree wieather wearing a sweater and a jacket. Please help!

2. anorexia (an eating disorder leading to loss of body fat)
3. hypothyroidism (the thyroid does not make enough thyroid hormones)
4. blood vessel (vascular) problems, including Reynaud’s syndrome
5. disorders of the hypothalamus (an area of the brain that produces hormones that control body temperature)
6. fibromyalgia (a condition causing body-wide pain and discomfort)

Above are the causes intolerance to cold.
