What Causes Intolerance To Cold Weather?

Hello sir/ma, I feel very cold inside, when everyone in the same complains its hot. When the cold feel increases i get pains on both sides of my chest. I no longer use the airconditioner nor expose myself to direct cold cos this increases the pain. Sometimes i feel myself sweating outwardly even though i still have this internal cold. I am a 31 year old male, and this situation keeps getting worst. I am scared really. What can be the cause.

Hi,
you could be having hormonal imbalance due to thyroid problem.
Kindly get a thyroid profile done.
The test includes T3, T4 and TSH levels.
Cold intolerance is seen in hypothyroidism.

Hence once you get your reports you can consult an endocrinologist regarding this.
Thank you
Dr.Riyanka
