What Causes Intestinal Noises?
I am a 33 year old female. For the past week or so, I have had A LOT of intestinal noises going from right to left in my lower abdomen. It happens intermittently throughout the day. I have had normal looking/smelling bowel movements every three days. I have no discomfort or distention. Is this something to be concerned about?
