Please consult a gynecologist. From the information provided here a condition called ENDOMETRIOSIS has to be ruled out . This is a condition where the lining of the uterus called endometrium grows outside in places such as the vagina , ovary etc. It is a painful condition often associated with painful periods etc. There are other conditions that can also have similar symptoms so do book an appointment with a gynecologist. Warmest regards.
