General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to plantar fasciitis.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.
The symptoms can be related to early arthritis, which should be detected through examinations.
I recommend to see a rheumatologist for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
