Hello,

You are suffering from intermittent right sided abdominal pain. You have been suffering from this intermittent pain since 2 years. You should get clinically examined by GP, get required blood tests, investigations and imaging tests done to detect the factors causing you the symptoms. Medical conditions related with your symptoms may be liver dysfunction, liver cyst, ovarian cyst, abdominal cysts, GERD, gall stones, IBS, indigestion, appendicitis, etc.

Majority of abdominal cyst withdraw spontaneously and need no treatment. Small cysts are monitored and if they start growing rapidly, they are surgically removed. Liver cysts are fluid-filled cavities in the liver. They need no treatment if they cause no symptoms. However, if they become large and to cause pain or discomfort in the upper right part of the abdomen. They need treatment both conservative or may require surgery. Most liver cysts can be detected on ultrasound or computerized tomography (CT) scans. Get clinically examined, diagnosed and treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
