Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

She will need examination / and probably investigation...

Temporal arteritis, electrolytes especially potassium and so on – ned to be looked into
EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring – for arrhythmia) / ECHOcardiogram (for clot) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
