Hi i have a shoulder pain.. its on and off. i am able to carry things etc.. but when i work out at gym its pains .. i wanted to know how should i consult reagarding sports injuries.. can you pls help me with this. i had been to a hospital .. 2 doctors told me 2 differnt thngs ..

If can be a problem with your rotator cuff. This is one of the most common reasons for on-off shoulder pain in active population. But also, it could be some form of instability. The physical exam is crucial to determine which one of these two conditions is the one you're experiencing.
