What Causes Intermittent Pain In The Groin Area?

My dad is complaining of strong severe shooting pains in his penis and balls. They have turned black. He is also having severe shooting pains causing his body to jerk. His arms have turned cold white. He s in constant pain and trembles like one having epileptic seizures.

I really appreciate your concern, creation conditions are there and that could be the reason of symptoms given here first is stone condition of urethra, urethritis, infection, referred pain, for right diagnosis it needs to be differentiated, till then Diclofenac can be tried, hope this information helps.
