What Causes Intermittent Numbness On The Right Side Of The Body?

I have had an off and on numbness in my Right inguinal area for the past 3-4 weeks. Thought it was from Weight training. It s now most of the time with a slight heaviness feeling to go along with it. I did have a fall this AM walking the dogs, but this was here prior except the heaviness. Testicles have no pain on examination, no pain noted.
