What Causes Intermittent Fever?

My 7 month old, one of the twin boys, is having fever intermittently since the last 10 days. This is 3rd instance in last 10 days. The first time it was 102 and for the last 2 times it is varying from 100 to 101. He weighs 7.5 Kg. Kindly suggest if Meftal-P in combination with safpod 100.

Most common cause of intermittent fever is Malaria. Since ten days baby is having intermittent fever along with sweating do peripheral blood smear examination along with rapid malaria test at the time of fever.
Continue meftal p for fever till then.
