Hi I have a couple things going on... for the past couple years I have had several tests done to check on some abdominal pain that I have, they have found nothing... Pain went away for a short time but back just as bad again. I also have what feels like a lump in my throat I have been check for gerd, reflux with negative results. I have had my tonsils removed, a full hysterectomy 3 years ago everything was taken out. My doctor just doesn t seem to be able to help me anymore. Something is going on and my family and I are very frustrated with no answers why.
following detailed history and clinical examination is required to narrow it down- site duration onset severity frequency associated with nausea/vomiting/diarhoea/dysentry association with food intake radiation of pain
investigations- xray abdomen CECT abdomen etc will be required.
for symptomatic relief take anti spasmodic like drotavarine, or dicyclomine and follow up with a doctor nearby.
lump in throat corresponds to some oesophagus disease which should be looked upon with further more evaluation.
hope it helps. thank you
