What Causes Intermenstrual Bleeding And Cramps?

Hi, I finished my period about a week ago and stopped bleeding completely for like 2 days but I started spotting, cramping and bleeding lightly again and it s been like that for like four days already. this happens to me quite often but this time feels a little different and just more cramping.

I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1. First of all do not panic.

2. I will suggest you to get USG done to find out any structural cause for this kind of bleeding. Sometimes a polyp inside the uterine cavity can lead to such spotting.

Also a gynec check up to look for cervical polyp or cervical erosion will be of help. These are common causes behind such spotting.

3) Till that time I will suggest you to take Tab PAUSE MF3 times a day to control bleeding.

Cervical or endometrial polyp will need surgical removal.
Cervical erosion mostly gets treated by oral antibiotics and vaginal tablets.
