What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding?
I am 18 year old female and I just had my period on the 5th it was a very light period like just a few drops of blood . But after the 6 days of my period I am still bleeding well spotting but it’s not red blood or more like brown discharge. I’m not sexually active so I know I’m not pregnant but I am concerned

Irregular bleeding can be due to different possible causes such as -
Emotional stress or illness, ongoing physical illness, thyroid disease, side effect of medication etc.
In some persons, no specific cause can be found.
If the spotting or irregular bleeding continues beyond 14 days then there are medications that can help.
In most persons ,the bleeding is not related to a serious condition.
