Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. It can happen due to various factors like ingections, stress or hormonal imbalances. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist to rule out any cervical pathology or infections. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of irregular periods. Hope it helps.
