What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

Hi, I think I got implantation bleeding about 2 days before my expected period and lasted for 2 days (as it was very light than my periods and stopped suddenly). I did urine test using press news after 1 week of implantation bleeding and it shows negative. I also have other symptoms of pregnancy like feeling nausea and dizziness and I m getting very tired. Please advice what does this mean and what should I do now.

it's commonly occur dizziness n nausea during periods.. these are premenstrual symptoms,furst u should take one more home pregnancy test.. if it is negative again then no need to worry...
