What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding After A Miscarriage?

so i had a miscarriage about month and a half ago... i never really stopped bleeding.. like i would bleed lightly for a few days, it would stop for a few days, and it would start back up. my period was suppose to start like monday or tuesday and i still havnt gotten it... i havnt bleed this week at all. and i take birth control.

I have read and understood your concern.
After a miscarriage, it is always good to ensure that the uterus is empty with a pelvic ultrasound.If it was not done done, persistent light bleeding may be caused by retained debris.Also, a post abortum infection may give a similar presentation especially if the discharge has a foul smell.
I will suggest you see your Doctor for examination and a pelvic ultrasound.
The symptoms may as well be due to birth control pills.However, only examination by the Doctor may help identify the exact cause.
