What Causes Intense Pain In Lower Abdomen During Pregnancy?
Hi im 28 weeks and 2 days pregnant. recently I ve been having pain in the lower part of my belly. I also have constantly feel like I have needle pokes like period. I haven t had any kind of bleeding just pain. Do you think you would know what it may be? I don t wanna go to the hospital for no reason.

Hello, welcome to HCM. i want to confirm you dont have constipation which also causes pain. After ruling out constipation, the pain you are sensing has to be confirmed if t is related to uterus contraction. it can be felt by the doctor. Please go to gynaec immediately to confirm if it is contraction of uterus, if so take medication to supress it.Please dont wait as thre is no bleeding. Take care. My best wishes with you
