What Causes Intense Pain In Calves And Lower Leg After Having Knee Replacement?

I had a knee replacement 2 weeks go. The knee is doing great. But I have had for the last week and half an intense pain the the calve area of my lower leg. The area of pain is in the upper back part of my leg, below the bend. I have had 2 ultra sounds of the leg. both times did not indicate a blood clot. But the area keeps getting more painful. i do have FMD of the vascular system Does this have something to do with it? Should I request a dye test of the veins to make sure no clot or webbing? I very frustrated because my knee is doing great and I could do so much more if this area of my leg did not hurt so bad.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such intense pain could be due to muscular spasm and it can be well managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" three times in day it is just nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
