What Causes Intense Lower Back Pain In Spite Of Taking Flexeril?

I have lower back pain that s gone from nuisance to debilitating, despite being treated with pain media and flexeril. It seems to center in my tailbone which is sore and radiates into my lower buttocks which often times feel almost feverish. In the past, I ve used Mark Hannah s Somatics exercises, but this is way different. I can t even lay on my back to do the first exercise as it hurts my tailbone excruciatingly, and the regime he describes says pain shouldn t occur. Is there anythi g I can do to alleviate my symptoms?

Hi,

Your stomach upset seems to be due to large serving, spicy good, late dinner causing hyper-acidity OR possibly food poisoning.in case nausea and loose motions follow. Please try to keep moving so that the trapped has would expel out. Over the counter medicine like ENO fruit salt can offer instant relief. Indigestion would be relieved with it. Sucking antacid chew-able tablet (Gelusil) over the counter would take care of acidity. Excessive vomiting or loose motions would need ER treatment. Swelling of leg as a related symptom does not seem to be possible. A detailed examination of leg, followed by needful investigations would find the cause followed by specific treatment.
