What Causes Intense Headache With Bowel Movement?
I have headaches associated with bowel movements. Not all the time but when I get a headache I can be constipated or relieved from constipation and then get a headache or not constipated at all sometimes but I will still get a headache after bowel movement.

There is no relation between bowel movements & Headache. Sometimes it can be coincidence.
You should get your Vision, B.P. & Nasal Sinuses checked.
You should take fiber rich diet, drink more water & go for walk both times.
Avoid oily food, Kheer & sweets etc.
You can take 2-3 spoons of Husk Isabgol with water/milk at bed time to remove constipation.
