What Causes Intense Dryness On The Penis?

What are the cracks on my penis? For the past few years I have had cracks on the glands of my penis and I do not know what they are from. They are small and run from top to bottom. They do not cause pain or itch but they are quite sensitive to the touch.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to superficial fungal infection. We have to rule out conditions like sexually transmitted diseases also. As a first line of management you can apply topical antifungal like Clotrimazole after cleaning with soap and water.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
