What Causes Intense Abdominal Pain With Heart Pain?

ok so i woke up today and i started to feel a intense pain in the same spot as my period paion it would work its self for the front thenn go to the back, and would get stronger and stronger, then after a few mins of that my heart started hurting like someone was stabbing me, and keep going back a forth to my lower back then my heart. its the most intense pain i have ever. then i would try to walk around but would have to stop on the floor because the pain was getting wrost. i have no clue what to do.

Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM.
I think you should immediately consult your local physician or visit the ER of nearest hospital and get an ECG and Trop-T done.
If they come out to be normal, you may need further tests to rule out ischaemic heart disease, peptic ulcer disease, pancreatitis etc. Hence, you may need a TMT, blood for LFT, amylase, lipase, UGI endoscopy.
For the time being, pleasd have Pantoprazole 40 mg tab stat.
