What Causes Insomnia, Fatigue And Tingling Sensation In The Shoulder?

Havent been feeling good lately. Tired, unable to sleep well, cant do much during day without getting tired. blood pressure is 92/60. 60 yrs old. usually had high blood pressure. tingling in right shoulder. unable to reach to shelf or etc above my head. hard to walk. seems like I don t have energy to move around, appetite is poor. when I do eat, it is not alot. weight loss. drop things.

Hi, I think you should do a hemoglobin level and a thyroid profile also. Anemia can lead to these symptoms. You can take some iron supplements. Also take some appetite enhancers.
