What Causes Inflammation In Throat?

Hello, I have been feeling unusually tired lately and have felt as if I have throat inflammation. I have a lack of energy. I don t have much of a soar throat, it just feels inflamed. I tried gargling salt water to help my throat feel better. The salt water went a little too far down my throat and I vomited a little (it was a red color, it didn t taste like blood though). Any tips or ideas what of what I have? thank you in advance

Hi,

What you have is a simple viral infection of throat, just relax and don't do gargles with warm saline, take steam inhalation instead twice a day. You can also take one antihistamines like Levocetrizine 10 mg once at bed time. You ll be good in a week time.
