have you ever heard of fever and shivering occurring during a nighttime bout of indigestion? in the past that has happened for me. I would wake up feeling nauseous & with burning stomach, and eventually get shivering from a mild fever, then if I didn t treat it was an antacid, I would vomit once and feel back to normal instantly. If I DO take an antacid, the upset stomach goes away but the fever gets real hot and I can t sleep for most of the rest of the night.
