What Causes Indigestion And Back Side Pain?

feeling bally heavy uneasy and indigestion back side pain ,headech constripation also i am a sickle cell trade hemoglobin always remain 10 to 11 weight 55 kgs since last 20 years always feeling weekness , from last 3 month when i make water i feel spenis pain and gland and uneasy , i have taken many omiprozole .lanspro, pantop 40 etc what test is required and how i will take care of my health please advise me sir

enzymes , biliary issue with altered gut flora mechanics .

* Recommended to get basic laboratory work up with complete blood count
serum widal test , liver function tests ; ultrasound of the abdomen &
pelvis ; colonoscopy
to get the final diagnosis and further management .
