General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms suggest possibility of digestive problem due to intestinal infestation, infection or food allergies. Indigestion causes gas accumulation in abdomen to lead to hiccups, nausea, vomiting and hyperactivity. Stool examination would pin point the cause followed by cause specific treatment and relief. Need consultation of a gastroenterologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
