What Causes Increased Immature Granulocyte In Blood?

Should I be concerned that the immature granulocytes present in blood went from .4 to 1.7 in one month? WBC count was 9.56 month prior and is now 13.12. My Retic count is 3.78. I was hospitalized in September with severe anemia (HGB - 5.1 and HCT 21.4) and cellulitis/myositis for 10 days. I received 4 blood transfusions and 3 iron transfusions. Currently receiving 7 days of iron transfusions every other month to maintain iron levels. Cellulitis cleared up, but right calf and knee remains swollen.

HI
Well come to HCM
Because of the inflammatory process such changes in blood count is very likely and this comes to normal once the course of diseases overs and some time even after the clinically asymptomatic blood picture may remain bit on let to right side sweep but this is nothing to worry, because clinical condition is more important, swelling of calf and knee would be fine keep the leg in elevated position, crab bandage may be helpful, take care.
I find this answer helpful
