What Causes Increased Heartbeat?

Hi I am a pilot and right now I am experiencing some increased heart beat around 100rpm and excessive yawning more than usual and I am experiencing shallowness in my throat. Last night I slept for 4 hrs during night n 1 hr during day which is quite usual. So can you please tell me the reason and if is it normal. Regards

Well come to HCM
I creasing the heart rate may due to over excitement, increase level of adrenaline in body could cause the increase heart rate, and this may not be due any disease, in my opinion EKG can be get done to ruled out the cardiac disease, otherwise this is nothing to worry, you can control the heart rate once you keep the stress level low this would comes to the normal, hope this helps.
