What Causes Increased Heart Rate Followed By Chronic Migraine?

I have been suffering from cronic migraines for months (everyday, all day). Nothing has helped, Neurologist has not found cause, been to hospital over and over. Last few days, especially today I have had very increased heart rate. feels like heart is going beat out of my chest. Chest feels tight, almost difficult to breath. Are these serious warning signs of something other than migraine. I have read about possible stroke or heart attack, but I am only 34 yrs old.
