Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The possibility is of some stimulants drugs or drinks he might be having before the sports, and their effect persisting afterwards.

So, ask about everything he consumes before sports.

And if not such things are there then he ll need ECG and echo to rule out possibility of structural heart disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Sagar Makode, Cardiologist
