What Causes Increased Heart Beat Rate?

I am concerned with my heart rate. It runs between 85- 100 and has been this way for almost a year. I have had a EKG, ultrasound and wore a heart monitor and according to dr nothing wrong with my heart. I was put on Synthroid a couple of years ago then taken off after a few monthss because it was to much. Been having a lot of anxiety and stress. What do I need to do or how can I find out what is causing it?

Hello,

Heart rate up to 100 is in normal ranges mostly. In my opinion, if all blood tests are normal than this might be from an anxiety disorder. Avoid caffeine drinks.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
