Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Hormonal changes are the foremost cause for breast enlargement followed by masses. Recent weight gain also can reflect in an increased breast size. As she is not on any hormone medication, nor is she pregnant, it remains to be seen if she has any recent weight gain or if she has developed any masses. I would suggest a general examination by a specialist to exclude any specific cause. This is to be done on a precautionary note only and there is no reason to worry if everything is proclaimed normal. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
