What Causes Incontinence And Disorientation During Nights?

i have been having nightime incontinence. clumsiness, and disorientation. its getting much worse and is daily now. I was tentatively diagnosed with scleroderma because of significant joint pain and a positive ANA, as well as a positive SCL 70. Aside from the pain and some irregular heart stuff, lungs worsening a bit, I have no other symptoms of scleroderma, as far as I know. this other stuff just started about a month ago. im scared that i am going to get hurt. I ve burnt myself twice now without feeling it until someone pointed it out. can you please help?

The descriptions of symptoms mentioned in your questions suggest toward "Delirium" as probable diagnosis of your condition. Patients of chronic illness eg scleroderma are potentially vulnerable to hypoxia, hypoglycemia, electrolyte imbalance, infection, inflammation ect. Identification of probable underlying cause by laboratory investigations may help to identify cause and management. I recommend consultation to local physician for it, as delirium can be potentially life threatening in some cases. It needs medical intervention as early as possible.
