What Causes Inconsistent Bowel Movements After An Ejaculation?

Hello, I'm 17, height 6 feet weight 60kg. I have an extremely embarrassing problem. I don't know why only me. I do not like to masturbate but I am forced to do it to check if my semen is normal. Well, I've left hope and so I've stopped masturbating, but please read further. Whenever I ejaculate I have an sudden urge to have a bowel movement,sharp pain in the penis and frequent urination. I don't know why I lose control of my digestive system after masturbation. I have observed that pimples enlarge and multiply the day I masturbate and ejaculate. And there is a problem with my semen. Whenever I put water to wash away the semen, the sperm is left behind in multiple large super-sticky jelly-like white proportions. It wont go away whatever I do, however force of water, any kind of thing of cleanser or anything. It loses its stickiness after more than an hour. I am frustrated from many years as I had to spend an hour in the bathroom waiting for the sperm to leave the floor. I had injured my testicles a couple of times while I was out playing while I jumped of a corridor about 3 years ago. Since then, my right side testicle hangs extremely lower than the other and hangs more nearer to the anus. It's a very ugly problem. I am very healthy but I feel impotent due to this problem. Even if I can produce a baby would it be genetically normal? I lost the love of my girl as I cannot tell her about a sexual problem and had to stay away from her as I did not want to make her have a sad life in the future. Every good woman in this world desires a baby of her own and if I can't give this to her I have to better leave her alone. Please help me, I love her very much and she does too, but it's incomplete if this problem never leaves me.

We understand your concern. I have read your question carefully and understood it. I will try my best to answer it.

It appears that you have lot of anxiety related to quality of semen. You also have low self esteem, self criticism over minor issues, reaching to a conclusion without much evidence, attributing neutral/un-important things and events as significant and negative view of future. These points towards possibility of a psychiatric illness like depression and/or anxiety. Apart from this you are obsessed with doubts and cleaning (doubting on quality of semen and spending hours in bathroom just waiting to liquefy the semen).

Since you don't want to masturbate, after doing so you apparently feel guilt. This guilt generates negative emotions like anxiety, frustration and a sense of helplessness. Increased bowel movement after ejaculation, painful orgasm and frequent urination may be because of anxiety associated with it.

Hanging one testis lower than the other is a natural and common phenomenon and it is found in almost all men. You should not un-necessarily relate it with old injury. Semen is usually sticky and thick in consistency and it is natural to stick to floor for some time before it liquefies. You may clean it with some brush or wiper easily if you wish.

So, I assure you that there is nothing seriously wrong. You should be relaxed and take these things easy. Certainly you are going to have a normal sexual life and you may produce children.
